Potato and carrot pancakes

Fritters are a wonderful way to prepare vegetables for kids.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • carrots - 3 pcs.
  • potatoes - 500 g
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • salt pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Grate carrots and potatoes. Onion cut into rings. Add eggs, flour, salt, pepper.

Step 2

Form balls with your hands, squeezing out excess liquid. Spread slightly flattened on a well-heated pan. Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.

Step 3

Serve with greens. Enjoy your meal!
