Pork salad with oranges
Ingredients
Servings 6- 500 g lean pork ham fillet
- 2 large juicy oranges
- 2 cm fresh ginger root
- 4-5 sprigs of mint and cilantro (leaves only)
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. l. teriyaki sauce
- 2–3 st. l. olive oil
- salt, black pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the ginger root and chop very finely. Cut the meat into thin strips, season with ginger and soy sauce, mix, leave for 10 minutes. Cut the onion into 3-4 cm pieces.
Step 2
Cut the peel off the oranges so that the flesh is visible. Cut the fillet into slices between the films, keeping all the juice that flows out. Squeeze out the rest of the oranges.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok to a high temperature and quickly sear the pork in batches until cooked through. Mix teriyaki sauce and orange juice. Mix all the ingredients, pour the salad with the resulting dressing. Sprinkle with chopped mint and cilantro and serve
