Pork loin with apples
Delicious, easy way to cook tender pork
Ingredients
Servings 4- 800 g pork loin
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup apple cider (or white wine)
- salt and pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Place the pork loin in a large baking dish. Salt and pepper.
Step 2
Top with sliced apples and sliced onions.
Step 3
Top with cider or white wine. Cover and bake for 4-5 hours at 100 C. I baked at night.
Step 4
Cut pork into slices and serve with applesauce.
