Pork in vegetable marinade
I want to share an unusual meat marinade recipe. The meat is marinated in a vegetable marinade. It turns out tasty, not usually, not habitually and for an amateur.
Ingredients
Servings 4- pork - 1 kg
- tomato - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
- dill - 50 g
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- ground pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- sol - 1 h. l.
Cooking
Step 1
Wash the meat and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
We twist all the vegetables into a meat grinder, add chopped dill, mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Pour the meat with marinade and leave for several hours.
Step 4
We dress the meat on skewers and fry over hot coals.
Step 5
Shish kebab in vegetable marinade is ready. Enjoy your meal!
