Poached eggs with yogurt sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of water
  • salt
  • 125 ml vinegar
  • 20 g sugar
  • 10 g cloves
  • 10 g black peppercorns
  • 12 eggs
  • bay leaf (small)
  • 25 g garlic
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 lemon
  • 10 g sugar
  • ground black and cayenne pepper
  • ground paprika
  • 40 g butter
  • fresh mint

Cooking

Step 1

Boil vinegar, sugar and spices in 1 liter of salted water for 10 minutes. Poshirovat eggs (release the eggs in boiling water and boil "in the bag").
