Peach Pie
Pie is a wonderful dessert. It is simple in itself, and many will like it, and if there are also useful products in it, then there is a pleasure for it. Peach is a very useful fruit; it contains vitamins: C, groups B, E, K, PP, carotene. They also contain pectin (an alternative to fiber), essential oils that have a beneficial effect on the human nervous system. Of the trace elements in the pulp of the peach contains: potassium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, phosphorus, iron, manganese and copper. Regular consumption of these fruits can strengthen the immune system, increase its protective properties, enrich the body with vitamins and minerals.

- plum oil 100 g
- sugar 50-100 g
- vanilla sugar 10 g
- eggs 2 pcs.
- baking powder with saffron 2 tsp.
- whole wheat flour 110 g
- corn flour 110 g
- ground almonds 30 g
- vegetable oil 5 g
- corn starch 10 g
Cooking
Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, mix with softened butter, add almonds, flour, baking powder and knead the dough. It should be a slightly crumbly dough.
Step 2
Then grease the form, lay out the dough, cut the peaches, sprinkle with sugar and cornstarch on top.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. Get the finished cake, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
