Pangasius with broccoli and corn

Fast food option, crispy fried fish and vegetables.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • Broccoli - 200 g (can be s / m)
  • Corn cons. - 1 bank
  • Fillet of pangasius - 500 g
  • Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Spices for fish

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the fillet into portions, dry with a paper towel. Mix crackers with salt, pepper and spices.

Step 2

Heat some oil in a saucepan, add broccoli. Close the lid, cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Add corn, salt and pepper. Remove from fire.

Step 3

Heat up the pan, pour in the oil. Roll the fillet in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides.

Step 4

Serve fish with vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
