Tomatoes, Cream, Adyghe cheese, Palak paneer, Spinach

Paneer with spinach (palak paneer)

This is an Indian dish, very spicy and very tasty.

Ingredients

Servings 6
  • spinach s / m (or fresh) - 200 g (400 g)
  • Adyghe cheese - 300 g
  • zira, black mustard, asafoetida, ginger, garam masala, coriander - 1 tsp each
  • pureed tomatoes - 200 g
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • cilantro (other greens) - 1 bunch
  • olive oil
  • cream - 150 ml
  • rice - 2 tbsp
  • salt

Cooking

Step 1

Leave the spinach in a little water. Chop or finely chop. Boil rice. Cut the cheese into cubes, grate the carrots on a fine grater. Heat oil in a deep frying pan, add spices, fry for a minute. Add finely chopped onion until golden brown.

Step 2

Add spinach, tomatoes, carrots and cheese. Simmer for 2-5 minutes.

Step 3

Add cream, salt. Warm up.

Step 4

Serve with rice. Sprinkle with cilantro. Enjoy your meal!
