Pancakes with mango and air cream
From the suggested amount of dough, you will get about 25 pancakes with a diameter of 16-18 cm. They store well, unlike cream, which is best prepared immediately before serving.
Ingredients
Servings 25- 500 g flour
- 1 liter of milk with a fat content of 3.2%
- 2 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g vegetable oil
- salt to taste
- 1 mango
- 300 g cream with 38% fat
- 50 g sugar
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare the dough for pancakes by combining milk, eggs, sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Add flour and mix well. Bake pancakes in a hot skillet. Cool down.
Step 2
Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff, fold in the mango pieces.
Step 3
Stuff pancakes with cream, roll up. Serve 3 pancakes per serving.
