Cut the chicken in half, make deep punctures and cuts in the breast and legs. Melt the butter with honey, generously spread it all over the chicken - and fry well in the oven with blowing until golden brown. Before serving, sprinkle the chicken with ground pistachios, ginger and cumin. The taste of such a chicken is unusual, caramel, but completely Egyptian. Serve with spicy pickles.
