Ingredients
Servings 4-5- 100 g butter
- 2 h. l. terry cedar
- 1 tsp orange juice
- a pinch of curry powder
- 2 tbsp. l. prepared mango chutney
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare mango chutney - boil 2 finely sliced mangoes with 1 tsp. wine vinegar and 1 tsp. Sahara.
Step 2
Mix 100 g butter with 2 tsp. grated zest and 1 tsp. orange juice, a pinch of curry powder and 2 tbsp. l. finished mango chutney (or). Serve with roast duck, goose, game and pork.
