Onion soup with duck kebab

- chicken broth - 120 g
- beef demiglass - 30 g
- French fries - 20 g
- duck kebab - 70 g
- duck fillet - 60 g
- sautéed onion - 10 g
Cooking
Step 1
Scroll the duck fillet through a meat grinder with onions, make a sausage, fry in vegetable oil, bring to the oven until tender.
