Onion soup with duck kebab

  • onion - 200 g
  • salt - 7 g
  • sugar - 14 g
  • butter - 16 g
  • vegetable oil - 20 g
  • red wine - 40 g
  • chicken broth - 120 g
  • beef demiglass - 30 g
  • French fries - 20 g
  • duck kebab - 70 g
  • duck fillet - 60 g
  • sautéed onion - 10 g

Cooking

Step 1

Scroll the duck fillet through a meat grinder with onions, make a sausage, fry in vegetable oil, bring to the oven until tender.

Step 2
