Omelet with ham and tomatoes

Ingredients

Servings 4 servings
  • salt
  • 1 st. l. wheat flour
  • milk
  • egg - 4 pcs
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 100 g ham or bacon
  • 1 st. l. vegetable or butter
  • 1 medium tomato

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the ham into thin strips 0.5 cm wide. Cut the tomato into 1x1 cm squares or slices. Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Spread the ham and tomatoes in an even layer on the omelet fried on both sides and fold the omelet in half.
