  • cheeks in glaze 40 g
  • butter
  • sugar
  • potatoes 30 g
  • cucumber 25 g
  • radish 2 g
  • quail egg 1 pc.
  • horseradish 10 g
  • dill 2 g
  • sour cream sauce 30 g
  • Smetana 20 g
  • green onion 10 g
  • olive oil 5 g
  • kvass 250 g
  • tarragon 3 g

Cooking

Step 1

Boiled cheeks cut into cubes, fry in butter with sugar.

Step 2

Cut boiled potatoes, fresh cucumber and radish into equal cubes. Boil a quail egg and cut in half.

Step 3

Prepare sour cream sauce, for this, chop green onions with sour cream in a blender.

Step 4

Put the sauce on the bottom of the plate, vegetables and dill on top. Separately serve kvass mixed with horseradish and chopped tarragon.
