Okroshka with doctor's sausage

The most favorite okroshka comes from childhood - of course, okroshka with doctor's sausage! Build a time machine and make this incredibly easy soup with a dash of grainy French mustard.

Ingredients

Servings 1
  • boiled eggs - 30 g
  • olive oil - 10 g
  • mustard grain - 5 g
  • cucumbers - 20 g
  • boiled potatoes - 20 g
  • doctor's sausage - 50 g
  • radish - 20 years
  • white baguette - 1 pc.
  • sour cream - for serving

Cooking

Step 1

Grate the yolk on a fine grater. Add olive oil, grainy mustard and mix.

Step 2

Cut vegetables. Put in a plate and pour yogurt. Top with mustard sauce.

Step 3

Serve with a white baguette with doctor's sausage, mustard and sour cream.
