Oatmeal vegetable smoothie

This oatmeal-based vegetable snack is a healthy alternative to traditional oatmeal for breakfast. Pumpkin and oatmeal - this combination will give a lot of energy for a long time.

Ingredients

Servings 2–4
  • 1 cup hercules
  • 1 peeled carrot
  • 1 cup finely chopped pumpkin
  • 1 st. honey spoon
  • 1 st. a spoonful of butter
  • 4 glasses of water
  • salt to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Pass the pumpkin through a meat grinder or grind in a blender. Grate carrots on a medium grater.

Step 2

Mix vegetables with hercules, pour hot water, salt and put on medium heat. Boil. Boil 5 min. from the moment of boiling. Then remove from heat and leave to infuse for another 30 minutes.

Step 3

Strain the mixture. Add butter and honey to smoothie to taste.
