Nut baskets with Roquefort cream
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- 70 g cream with 35% fat
- For cream:
- butter - 60 g
- 50 g black grapes
- 200 g of Roquefort cheese
- 0.5 tsp. chopped tarragon and mint
- 100 g biscuit cookies
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 20 g chopped walnuts
Cooking
Step 1
Crumble cookies, add softened butter and walnuts, mix until smooth. Put the resulting mass into 4 small molds, let it freeze in the freezer. Mix all the ingredients for the cream thoroughly, spread the cream over the biscuit dough baskets. Keep in refrigerator for 20 minutes. To serve, remove the baskets with cheese cream from the molds, decorate with grapes.
