Nettle omelette
Ingredients
Servings 2- 200 g nettle
- onion - 1 onion
- eggs - 4 pcs
- 50-70 ml of milk or cream with a fat content of up to 10%
- 20 g vegetable oil
- thick rustic sour cream for serving
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Scald the nettle with boiling water, finely chop.
Step 2
Onion cut into half rings and fry until soft with vegetable oil. Add nettle.
Step 3
Pour greens with eggs, beaten until smooth with milk and salt. Fry until fully cooked, lifting the edge of the omelet from time to time.
Step 4
Put on a large plate, cut into slices and serve with sour cream.
