Mussels and shrimps in sauce
Ingredients
Servings 4- 1 kg mussels in shell halves (thaw frozen mussels)
- 1 kg shrimp (thaw frozen shrimp)
- 70 g butter
- 2 onions
- 2 hot peppers (red and green, medium size)
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 3 garlic cloves

- pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Fry the onion, garlic and pepper in butter in a pan.
Step 2
Add shrimp and mussels to the pan, bring to a boil.
Step 3
Pour wine into the pan, simmer with the lid closed for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Add salt, pepper and herbs to seafood at your discretion, serve.
