Mushrooms, Champignon, Garlic shallot, Mushroom sauce

Mushroom sauce for fish

Ingredients

  • 200 g champignons
  • 1.5 cups
  • 2 shallots
  • butter - 2 tbsp.
  • parsley, salt, pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Peel the shallots, finely chop, cut the mushrooms into slices.

Step 2

Simmer vegetables for 2 minutes. in butter. Then pour them with white sauce , stir and bring to a boil. Remove sauce from heat. Season to taste with finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper and butter.
