Meatloaf with spaghetti
Fabulous meatloaf in tomato sauce with baked carrots and two types of cheese.
Ingredients
Servings 6- carrots - 3 pcs.
- minced meat (pork, beef) - 700 g
- dried marjoram - a pinch
- egg - 1 pc.
- feta - 30 g
- ground crackers - 100 g
- chili pepper - 3 pcs.
- garlic - 3 teeth
- onion - 1 pc.
- pureed tomatoes - 700 ml
- spaghetti - 1 pack.
- cheese - 70 g
- rosemary - a couple of sprigs
- thyme - a couple of sprigs
- salt pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Coarsely chop the carrots, put in a baking dish, salt, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with thyme leaves and bake at 200 g for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add salt, pepper, marjoram, egg, feta and breadcrumbs to minced meat. Mix well. Get the carrots, move them and put the minced meat in the form of a roll in the middle. Bake 25 min.
Step 3
Chili cut into halves, fry in a pan in oil. Take out. In the same pan, fry finely chopped onions and garlic, add tomatoes. Salt, pepper. Warm up.
Step 4
Pour the sauce onto the roll, spread around the chili, rosemary leaves, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 10 more minutes. Boil spaghetti according to instructions.
Step 5
Serve the roll with spaghetti and carrots, pour over the baking sauce. Enjoy your meal!
