Marinade for barbecue with apple juice
The same meat acquires a completely different taste, being put in different marinades. Experiment, try, come up with your own recipes!
Ingredients
Servings per 1 kg of meat- 200 ml clarified apple juice
- 3 garlic cloves
- 50 g greens (tarragon, mint, parsley)
- 0.5 st. l. salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Mash the greens in your fingers, break each stem in several places, put in apple juice. Peel and grate the garlic, add to the juice.
Step 2
Rub the meat with salt and pepper, put in the marinade, close and marinate from 2 hours at room temperature to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
