Korean marinade for chicken, beef and seafood
Ingredients
Servings 6-10- 1.5 cups apple juice
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 Art. l. sesame oil
- 3 art. l. soy sauce
- 2 Art. l. Sahara
- 1 large onion cut into small cubes
Cooking
Step 1
Grind garlic, dissolve sugar in apple juice. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and pour over the prepared meat or seafood. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
