Jelly liqueur cocktail

A festive cocktail in jelly is both a dessert and a drink at the same time! Fresh berries give jelly brightness and delicate taste.

Ingredients

  • orange liqueur - 60 ml
  • lemon juice - 20 ml
  • vodka - 80 ml
  • fruit juice - 40 ml
  • berries - to taste
  • gelatin - 10 g

Cooking

Step 1

Put a saucepan with liquid ingredients on medium heat: juice, liquor, vodka and add gelatin to them. Boil.

Step 2

Remove the resulting liquid from the fire, pour into molds for freezing. Cool at room temperature, put berries (raspberries, blackberries, currants) in each cell and put in the freezer for 3-4 hours.

Step 3

At the appointed time, we take out a cocktail from the molds and decorate with mint and berries, serve it to the table.
