Italian spring punch

Cold punch with prosecco, slightly reminiscent of the taste of a Kir Royale cocktail.

Ingredients

  • amaretto liqueur - 50 ml
  • blackcurrant syrup - 10 ml
  • raspberry jam - 2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 20 ml
  • prosecco - 50 ml
  • crash
  • prunes - 3 pcs.
  • whipped cream

Cooking

Step 1

Pour liqueur, blackcurrant syrup, jam and lemon juice into a shaker. Mix. Filter the shake with a strainer into a chiller glass and pour in lump ice.

Step 2

Add prosecco and stir. Get up tube. From above, make a hat from the crash. Decorate with prunes and whipped cream.
