Ice cream ice cream with berry jelly
Ingredients
- water 2000 ml
- rowan berries, cranberries, lingonberries 500 g
- sugar 6 tbsp. l.
- starch 5 tbsp. l.
Cooking
Step 1
Rinse the berries, transfer to a blender and punch until smooth.
Step 2
Boil 1500 ml of water, put the berry mass, add sugar and boil for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Dissolve starch in 500 ml of cold water. Pour into the berries, stirring vigorously.
Step 4
As soon as the starch is brewed, remove from the stove and cool. Kissel turns out thick like jelly.
Step 5
Serve cold with ice cream.
