Hunting appetizer

A juicy and very tasty appetizer of stewed vegetables with the addition of vinegar and vegetable oil. So easy to prepare, but the taste is not so simple - be sure to try it! Highly recommend.

Ingredients

  • eggplant 5 pcs.
  • tomatoes 7 pcs.
  • onion 5 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper 5 pcs.
  • vinegar 35 g
  • vegetable oil 70 g
  • heads of garlic 2 pcs.

Cooking

Step 1

We cut all the vegetables coarsely: tomatoes into quarters, eggplant, garlic into large pieces, onions and peppers into quarters.

Step 2

Put all the vegetables in a saucepan, pour in the vinegar and oil. Simmer over low heat until tender, 30-40 minutes.

Step 3

We lay out the snack in sterilized jars, adding 1/2 tsp to each 500 g jar. vinegar.
