Hot dog with lamb

  • bun 1 pc.
  • tartar sauce 30 g
  • Romano 5 g
  • lamb fillet 70 g
  • butter 20 g
  • bell pepper 20 g
  • sun-dried tomatoes 15 g
  • fresh cucumbers 10 g
  • cilantro 2 g

Cooking

Step 1

Grill a hot dog bun, cut lengthwise not completely. Spread with sauce and put a lettuce leaf.

Step 2

Separately, fry the lamb shank in butter and disassemble into small segments. Grilled bell peppers. Arrange the lamb bun, peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh cucumbers on top of the bun.
