Serve with cold appetizers of fish and meat.
Ingredients
- salt and sugar to taste
- 200 g beets
- 800 g horseradish root
- vinegar - 1 cup

Step 1
Grind horseradish on a fine grater, add beets grated on a fine grater.
Step 2
Pour in boiling water, cover and let cool. Add salt and sugar to taste, dilute with a glass of vinegar. Mix well.
