Beet, Horseradish

Horseradish sauce with beets (for cold appetizers of fish and meat)

Serve with cold appetizers of fish and meat.

Ingredients

  • salt and sugar to taste
  • 200 g beets
  • 800 g horseradish root
  • vinegar - 1 cup

Cooking

Step 1

Grind horseradish on a fine grater, add beets grated on a fine grater.

Step 2

Pour in boiling water, cover and let cool. Add salt and sugar to taste, dilute with a glass of vinegar. Mix well.
