Honey glazed vegetables
Ingredients
Servings 2- 200 g mini or young carrots and parsnips
- 2 st. l. Teddy bear
- zest of 1 lemon
- a small bunch of parsley and chervil each
- salt
- corn or potato chips for serving, optional
Cooking
Step 1
Cut large vegetables into chunks. Boil in boiling water, 10 min. In a heat-resistant form, mix vegetables, honey and zest.
Step 2
Put the form with vegetables in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake 15 min. Remove and cover with foil until serving.
Step 3
Chop greens, sprinkle over cooked glazed vegetables and serve as an appetizer with chips or as a side dish for steaks.
