Grilled spotted grouper
Ingredients
Servings 1- grouper - 600 g
- lemon - 40g (1/4 pcs)
- thyme - 1 sprig
- garlic - 1 clove

Step 1
Gut the fish.
Step 2
Pat the fish dry on both sides with paper towels. Dry inside with a towel. Put inside a slice of lemon, thyme, garlic clove.
Step 3
Put on a plate and garnish with lemon.
