Grilled salmon

Ingredients

  • salmon steaks - 2 pcs.
  • olive oil - 1-2 tbsp. l.
  • sea salt - to taste
  • black peppercorns - 3 pcs.
  • lemon juice - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Cooking

Step 1

Grind sea salt and black peppercorns in a mortar. Rub the steaks with the mixture.

Step 2

Spray with olive oil and leave for 15 minutes.

Step 3

We spread the steaks on the grill for the grill and fry on both sides over hot coals. Fish steaks are cooked quite quickly, literally in 3 minutes. from each side.
