Green salad with rice

Ingredients

  • fresh green peas - 100 g
  • sesame paste - 30 g
  • white wine vinegar - 10 g
  • olive oil - 10 g
  • salt, sugar - to taste
  • iceberg lettuce - 20 g
  • lolo rosso salad - 20 g
  • avocado - 30 g
  • cucumbers - 20 g
  • honey mustard sauce - 20 g
  • pumpkin seeds - 5 g
  • pickled white onion - 20 g
  • Thai rice - 130 g
  • cilantro oil - 10 g
  • cilantro - 5 g

Cooking

Step 1

Mix fresh peas with sesame paste, vinegar and olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Grind in a blender until smooth.

Step 2

Boil rice, cut vegetables.

Step 3

To make cilantro oil, mix olive oil with chopped cilantro.

Step 4

Put mousse, vegetables, lettuce and rice on a dish. Drizzle with honey mustard sauce and cilantro oil. Garnish with cilantro leaves and pumpkin seeds.
