Green salad with rice
Ingredients
Servings 1- fresh green peas - 100 g
- sesame paste - 30 g
- white wine vinegar - 10 g
- olive oil - 10 g
- salt, sugar - to taste
- iceberg lettuce - 20 g
- lolo rosso salad - 20 g
- avocado - 30 g
- cucumbers - 20 g
- honey mustard sauce - 20 g
- pumpkin seeds - 5 g
- pickled white onion - 20 g
- Thai rice - 130 g
- cilantro oil - 10 g
- cilantro - 5 g
Cooking
Step 1
Mix fresh peas with sesame paste, vinegar and olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Grind in a blender until smooth.
Step 2
Boil rice, cut vegetables.
Step 3
To make cilantro oil, mix olive oil with chopped cilantro.
Step 4
Put mousse, vegetables, lettuce and rice on a dish. Drizzle with honey mustard sauce and cilantro oil. Garnish with cilantro leaves and pumpkin seeds.
