Greek marinade for lamb, chicken and seafood
Ingredients
Servings 8-10- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp dried oregano or 1 tbsp. l. fresh
- 1 tsp thyme leaves
- zest of 1 lemon
- Salt, freshly ground black pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Mince the garlic and fresh thyme leaves and oregano and whisk with the rest of the marinade ingredients. Cover cut lamb, chicken or gutted fish with marinade and leave for at least 30 minutes.
