Greciotto with tofu

Ingredients

  • green buckwheat - 120 g
  • garlic shallot – 16 g
  • clean garlic. – 5 g
  • thyme - 1 g
  • vegetable oil - 35 g
  • salted cucumbers - 30 g
  • tofu cheese - 20 g
  • cress salad - 1 g
  • salt - 1 g
  • mushroom broth p / f - 360 g

Cooking

Step 1

In vegetable oil, fry finely chopped shallots, garlic, thyme and chili pepper, add buckwheat and fry for 3 minutes.
