Garlic oil

Ingredients

Servings 4-5
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3-4 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Mix butter with crushed and then finely chopped garlic, 3-4 sprigs of chopped parsley, 1 tsp. lemon juice, a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with meat, poultry and roasted vegetables, especially potatoes and eggplant.
