Fruit salad with mint dressing

Ingredients

Servings 6-8
  • 2 fresh apples
  • 2 fresh pears
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 large canned peaches
  • 4-5 fresh plums
  • 200 g large black grapes
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 3 Art. l. Sahara
  • 150 g natural yoghurt

Cooking

Step 1

Wash fresh fruit. Cut apples and pears into 4 pieces, remove the core. Cut plums in half and remove pits. Remove the grapes from the brush. Cut each berry in half.

Step 2

Using a food processor, cut apples and pears into cubes. Place in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut plums in the same cubes.

Step 3

Lay the peaches on a paper towel and let dry.

Step 4

Using a food processor, cut the peaches into cubes. Add plums, peaches and grapes to a bowl with apples and pears. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. l. sugar, mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate.

Step 5

Prepare the sauce. Wash the mint, pat dry and separate into leaves. In a saucepan, dissolve the remaining sugar in 0.5 cups of water. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Add mint leaves. Cook over low heat until liquid is reduced by half.

Step 6

Pass the sauce through a fine sieve and let cool. Mix mint syrup with yogurt and dress salad. Serve cold.
