Fritters with zucchini and red caviar
Ingredients
Servings 1- zucchini - 100 g
- flour - 20 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- salt to taste
- green pea puree - 20 g
- Dutch sauce - 30 g
- corn - 5 g
- arugula - 5 g
- poached egg - 1 pc.
- red caviar - 20 g
Cooking
Step 1
Mix flour, eggs and grated zucchini. Salt. Form and fry pancakes from the resulting dough. Put the finished pancakes on a plate.
Step 2
To serve, top with mashed green peas, poached egg and drizzle with hollandaise sauce. Put arugula, corn and red caviar on top.
