Frittata with baby zucchini

Ingredients

  • young zucchini - 3 pcs. (250 g each)
  • egg - 6 pcs.
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
  • cheese - 50 g
  • onion - 1 small piece
  • butter - 1 tsp
  • salt, black pepper - to taste
  • green basil - 2-3 sprigs

Cooking

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until transparent, add the zucchini, cut into thin rings, fry for another 5 minutes.

Step 2

Arrange vegetables in a baking dish. Beat eggs with sour cream, add salt, pepper and finely chopped basil leaves. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
