Fried rice

This dish is good because it can be prepared from the remains of any meat, the remains of boiled rice and any vegetables.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • any meat ready - 200 g
  • barbecue sauce (or other tomato) - 2 tbsp. l.
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
  • boiled rice - 1 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 teeth
  • champignons - 100 g
  • cabbage - 150 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • chili - 1 pc.
  • sesame
  • green
  • olive oil (or sesame)

Cooking

Step 1

Cut or tear the meat into small pieces, add sauces, mix. Heat oil in a wok, fry finely chopped chili and garlic. Add finely chopped champignons, meat. Fry.

Step 2

Add shredded cabbage. Fry. Break an egg. When it seizes, break it with a spatula and mix everything.

Step 3

Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs and sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
