Fried bananas

A very unusual treat.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • bananas - 4 pcs.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.
  • coconut flakes - 100 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • olive oil for frying - 2 tbsp. l.
  • cognac - 1 tsp (or rum)

Cooking

Step 1

Cut bananas into portions, sprinkle with lemon juice and cognac. Leave for 10 min.

Step 2

Dip in beaten egg, roll in coconut.

Step 3

Fry on all sides in a pan with olive oil.

Step 4

Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
