Fresh carrot salad "Health"

Delicious and healthy salad. Great option for dinner or lunch.

Ingredients

Servings 3
  • large carrots 2 pcs.
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • dill 30 g
  • cumin 2 pinches
  • salt
  • olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
  • black pepper (mill)

Cooking

Step 1

Grate carrots on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Add chopped dill and grated garlic on a medium grater.

Step 3

Lightly grind the cumin in a mortar. Add cumin, salt and freshly ground black pepper to the salad.

Step 4

Dress the salad with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice.

Step 5
