Fish with orange on skewers

A light refreshing savory dish.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • fish fillet - 500 g
  • orange - 1 pc.
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • sesame oil - 1 tsp.
  • salt pepper
  • mustard, ginger, coriander - a pinch each

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the fish into small pieces, marinate in a mixture of lemon juice, oil, salt and spices.

Step 2

Cut the orange into small thick slices.

Step 3

Thread fish with orange onto skewers. Fry in a grill pan on all sides.

Step 4
