Fish with orange on skewers
A light refreshing savory dish.
Ingredients
Servings 4- fish fillet - 500 g
- orange - 1 pc.
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- salt pepper
- mustard, ginger, coriander - a pinch each
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the fish into small pieces, marinate in a mixture of lemon juice, oil, salt and spices.
Step 2
Cut the orange into small thick slices.
Step 3
Thread fish with orange onto skewers. Fry in a grill pan on all sides.
Step 4
