Fennel carpaccio

  • orange 50 g
  • grapefruit 50 g
  • cilantro 5 g

Cooking

Step 1

Clean the fennel and cut into very thin slices. Orange and grapefruit, peel and separate the pulp from the peel.

Step 2

Arrange the fennel, orange and grapefruit segments on a plate. Decorate with cilantro.
