- orange 50 g
- grapefruit 50 g
- cilantro 5 g

Step 1
Clean the fennel and cut into very thin slices. Orange and grapefruit, peel and separate the pulp from the peel.
Step 2
Arrange the fennel, orange and grapefruit segments on a plate. Decorate with cilantro.
