Fajitas with beef
Ingredients
Servings 2- beef - 150 g
- onion - 50 g
- garlic - 10 g
- red bell pepper - 20 g
- green bell pepper - 20 g
- zucchini - 20 g
- eggplant - 20 g
- vegetable oil - 50 g
- Worcestershire sauce - 40 g
- tomato juice - 25 g
- cilantro - 5 g
- cumin - 4 g
- salt
- pepper
- sour cream - 35 g
- grated cheese - 35 g
- guacamole - 35 years
Cooking
Step 1
Cut all ingredients into strips. Fry. Add seasonings. Add sauce and tomato juice and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Decorate with cilantro.
Step 2
Serve hot in a cast-iron skillet along with four wheat tortillas and sauces - sour cream, grated cheese and guacamole.
