Egg salad in a shot

Ingredients

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • basil
  • egg - 1 pc
  • 0.5 h. l. mayonnaise
  • capers
  • fresh tomato pulp
  • anchovy fillets

Cooking

Step 1

Finely chop the boiled hard-boiled egg, add mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, put in a shot glass.

Step 2

Garnish with diced fresh tomato pulp, capers, anchovies and basil.
