Easter cake

  • yolk - 7 pcs.
  • sugar - 350 g
  • wheat flour - 1100 g
  • milk - 500 g
  • salt - 5 g
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • walnut - 200 g
  • hazelnuts - 200 g
  • raisins - 100 g
  • candied fruit - 100 g
  • yeast - 22 g
  • protein from 2 eggs
  • powdered sugar - 250 g

Cooking

Step 1

Make a dough, for this, slightly warm the milk to about 30 degrees, add 50 g of sugar, yeast and 400 g of flour, mix well, leave for 30 minutes. In parallel, beat all the yolks with sugar 300 g until foamy and add the butter.

Step 2

Take out the dough, combine with the yolk mixture and add the rest of the flour 700 g, add salt, vanilla sugar, knead the dough. At the end, add candied fruits, nuts, raisins to the dough and knead the Easter cakes, put them into molds, filling ¾ of the mold. Leave in a warm place for 45 minutes. - hour.

Step 3

Bake at 165 degrees for 20 minutes. (cooking time varies and depends on the size of the cake). For the top, beat the yolks with sugar well and spread the cake on top.
