Servings 3- egg - 1 pc.
- sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- vodka - 3 tbsp. l.
- kefir - 500 ml
- soda - 1 tsp
- salt - a pinch
- flour - 220 g
- boiling water - 200 ml
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
- strawberries (can be frozen) - 300 g
- sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
Cooking
Step 1
Beat the egg with sugar, add vodka - beat. Then pour in kefir - beat. Add a teaspoon of soda, a pinch of salt. Gradually add flour, whisking continuously. Leave the dough for 30 minutes. After this time, add boiling water and vegetable oil. Finally beat and fry the pancakes. I draw your attention - you may need more boiling water - if you want to get exactly thin pancakes. If thick with a lot of holes - 200 ml will be enough.
Step 2
For the sauce, beat the thawed strawberries in a blender with a little sugar. Drizzle pancakes with sauce and share breakfast with your loved ones :)
