Pepper, Cottage cheese, Bell pepper, Radish

Curd paste with radish

Cottage cheese paste can be immediately wrapped in a roll of pita bread or thin cakes, or it can be served separately with toast or bread.

Ingredients

Servings 2 servings
  • 1 medium white radish
  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • 0.5 tsp dry parsley
  • 0.5 tsp spicy greens
  • salt
  • 0.5 tsp dry dill
  • 1 red bell pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Peel and grate the radish, squeeze out the released juice and mix with cottage cheese. Wash sweet pepper, cut in half and remove the core; cut the pulp into small cubes and also add to the cottage cheese.

Step 2

Add dry parsley, dill and spicy greens to the mass. Salt to taste, mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Serve with thin pita bread, wheat or corn tortillas.
