Cupcakes with multigrain flakes, walnuts and apples
They are prepared in an elementary way (everything is mixed and in the oven), the result is very pleasant. Tender, with a little crispy crust. Not very sweet, such a golden mean. Baked in silicone molds.
Ingredients
Servings 8- 170 g flour
- 30 g multi-grain cereal (I have five minutes), but you can use just oatmeal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 75 g sugar
- 115 g butter, melted
- 1 apple (cut into small cubes)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (I use my own gingerbread mix which has ginger, cloves, cardamom, etc.)
- large handful of walnuts, chopped in a blender
Cooking
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2
Beat eggs very well with sugar and gradually add the rest of the ingredients, continuing to beat. Transfer the mixture to greased silicone molds (fill 2/3) and bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour. The top should brown. Check doneness with a wooden skewer.
